Our Programs
Our programs are designed to be FUN yet CHALLENGING. They will allow you to go beyond your own expectations. Our faith based fitness program offers safe and responsible training. The cool thing is you’ll have the support of other people looking to achieve the same fitness levels that you are.
The training philosophies for these training sessions involve the use of functional movements. To do this; you’ll be learning to move the body in functional patterns that incorporate strength, balance, core stability and kinesthetic awareness.
Functional strength training should be thought of in terms of a movement continuum. The human body performs a wide range of movement activities, such as walking, jogging, running, sprinting, jumping, lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, turning, standing, starting, stopping, climbing, and lunging. All of these activities in these training sessions entail smooth rhythmic motions in three planes of reference through the body: midsagittal, coronal and transverse.
Our goal is to train individuals to be able to withstand the grind of a physically, emotionally and mentally demanding life and daily schedule. Believe us, you will get results and have fun doing so.

Orientation:
The orientation plan is the process of taking our clients through our nutritional approach, metabolic explanation, and practice of our five foundational movements; squat, shoulder press, over head squat, deadlift, power clean. Anyone who wants to maximize their workouts will want to take this class. All of our clients are required to take this orientation, but it will also help build a strong foundation for all fitness enthusiasts.
In exercise comprehension, wasted movement patterns increase your risk of injury while working out and even worse - cause you to spend more time working out than you actually have to. Most people who take this orientation class come out with a better understanding of exercise preparedness as well as the overall concept of moving through a workout efficiently. It only makes sense that you want to acheive your fitness goals in the smallest amount of time.
At Plumbline, we believe in program consistency. We have found that our method has given our clients more return for optimizing results. In the end it boils down to, "Did I get results?" and you answer this question with a question: "How efficient are you during your workouts?" If I can get you to move quicker and finish faster with limited mistakes, as in bad form or technique, you're getting results! You're getting huge results! Weight loss, body fat, muscle mass, and any other misconception of physical fitness are obsolete to the one who can win the race. Because in essence, these people don't have weight management issues their issues are more on the lines of self-worth. Their trying to prove their ability to compete! This orientation will give you the tools to compete at a higher level.
Boot Camps:
Our Boot Camps are 4-week/3x a week programs designed to train individuals to be able to withstand the grind of a physically, emotionally and mentally demanding life and daily schedule. Believe us, you will get results and have fun! Our classes change constantly to prevent you from hitting your plateau and alleviate boredom.
A typical session includes:
- Resistance Training to help you become STRONG, LEAN AND SLIM and you will BOOST your metabolism
- Cardio training to help you IMPROVE your heart rate, endurance and overall fitness level
- Stretches and Workout Routines to increase your flexibility and your recovery time
- Core Exercise Routine to IMPROVE your posture and stability
Group Training:
In each of our group sessions, you'll be paired with up to 5 other individuals looking to improve on overall strength capacity. We limit the amount of people in our group sessions in order to ensure quality training for each participant.
This 60 min program includes a warmup, stretching, a core routine and a 30-45 min full body workout. You'll be given instructions on how much resistance to use to maximize your results. On top of that, our coachs' are trained to push you beyond your preconceived limits for a complete and exhausting workout experience!
One-on-One Training:
If you prefer working out alone or just want specific results, One-on-One training is for you. You'll work just as hard but with your personal interest in mind. You'll get 1 hour of personal attention to get the body and fitness results you want.
